Access Call Center was formed with the goal of helping businesses grow by creating positive connections with new and existing customers. We take on the task of creating and sustaining customers, building relationships and establishing trust. We undertake the call center/client relations function so our clients can focus on growing their business.

We are based in Tijuana, Mexico and specialize in telephonic and computer-based services in both business-to-customer and business-to-business transactions. Our services includes accepting as well as making calls to customers on behalf of clients, conducting market research, lead generation, verifications (credit, insure, employment), telemarketing and after-sale follow up surveys. In addition, we provide debt recovery services, set appointments, manage and resolve customer complaints and provide technical and sales support.

We believe that customer service is critical to a business' success. When we represent a client, we learn everything about the company, its corporate culture, products or services, sales, return options and complaint procedures. We become the customer service arm of the company.



Our team is made up of carefully recruited and tested individuals who specialize in market research, lead generation, client communications, contact service solutions and building a brand. They speak both English and Spanish and service businesses all across the U.S.
